About the position

As a Senior Project Manager at Arkitema, you will become part of our project management network, sharing experiences, processes, and tools across the organization. Working with Arkitema's tools and standards, you will also focus on the quality control of our processes and projects.

You will be part of a team of highly committed colleagues who are passionate about what they do and their contribution to the green transition. You will have a crucial role within the project team, where you will need to navigate various challenges and changes, assist your colleagues with proactive solutions and ensure that the quality standards set by the contract are met in terms of schedule, finances, and deliverables.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Managing complex building projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards
• Overseeing project execution, driving project economy, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
• Collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver integrated, sustainable solutions
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure their needs are met
• Providing technical and managerial support to your project team and sharing knowledge across disciplines

To succeed in this Senior Project Manager position, a few things are crucial

On top of that, you will have:

• A degree in architecture, architectural technology or constructing architecture
• Extensive experience within project management, preferably with a focus on projects in the buildings and/or industry sector
• Knowledge of BIM, IKT, and an understanding of client requirements in relation to digital processes
• Familiarity with Danish construction law and contractual agreements
• The ability to contribute to creating a healthy work environment and fostering a positive team culture
• Fluency in English and one of the Scandinavian languages, both written and spoken
