About the position
As a Senior constructing architect, you typically have 10+ years of experience working on projects and possess a broad understanding of all project phases.
In addition to this broad professional understanding and extensive experience, as a senior professional you have an in-depth specialized focus on, and experience in one or more areas (phases, tools, etc.). This means you are considered a thought leader within the team, making you the obvious choice when such expertise is required.
You will be part of a team of highly committed colleagues who are passionate about what they do and their contribution to the green transition. You will have a crucial role within the project team, where you will need to navigate various challenges and changes, assist your colleagues with proactive solutions and ensure high quality standards.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Designing in Revit, and building and managing Revit models
- Perform quality assurance on projects
- Specifications
- Detailing
- Providing technical support to your project team and sharing knowledge across disciplines
To succeed in this Senior Constructing Architect position, a few things are crucial

On top of that, you will have:
- An education as a constructing architect
- Extensive knowledge of regulatory work and case management procedures
- Knowledge of BIM, IKT, and an understanding of client requirements in relation to digital processes
- Familiarity with Danish construction law
- The capability to extend your professional skills and knowledge to the rest of the team
- Fluency in English and one of the Scandinavian languages, both written and spoken
