Business Analyst

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Conducting thorough analysis of business operations, including data, processes, and systems.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Document specifications while keeping sight of business goal.
• Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical team during projects.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive projects to successful completion.
• Following the project end-to-end by supporting all team members in questions around scope and requirements during implementation and testing phase.

• At least 5 years experience as a Business Analyst.
• Excellent computer skills, able to quickly and efficiently use MS office software Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project as well as JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent understanding of project life cycle phases and familiarity with Scrum framework.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Great team player with the ability to work effectively with all team members across departments and hierarchy.
