Efficient and proactive approach to operational execution
As our new Supply Planner, you will be responsible for the supply of products to regional Distribution Centers (DC’s). You will be collaborating closely with Global Supply Chain, DC’s and local merchandizing teams, ensuring key availability KPI targets are continuously met.
As a Supply Planner, you will be responsible for detailed supply planning on a SKU level, considering capacity constraints and optimizing for availability, commercial priority, inventory, demand needs, and capacity constraints. You will also be responsible for maintaining key KPI targets such as stock availability, WOC, and accuracy vs. constraints on order placement.
You will be in charge of running the weekly S&OE meeting alignment with the DCs & Local cluster team to ensure clear alignment across the value chain. High level of availability to support our integrated planning strategy is a fundamental goal of the team. The availability within the Regional DCs is also directly connected to the revenue generated within the Cluster Own&Operated network as well as the e-com.
You main KPI’s will be:
- Timely execution of the S&OE cycle
- Weekly order placement toward factory considering skills constrained
- WOC
- % Stock availability
- % of excess stock
The key success factors for this position include collaboration, teamwork, process understanding, and supply chain understanding. You will be working closely with many internal stakeholders such as DC’s teams, Global and Local Merchandizing, Demand Planning and T&O Manager.
Strong value chain capabilities and a can-do attitude
In this position, we are looking for a fact-based and result-driven team player who thrives in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. You will need strong analytical skills as well as the ability to manage large sets of data and present results in a simple manner. It is important that you are curious and humble, as well as open to challenge – and that you can collaborate cross-functionally in a global environment. Furthermore, we hope that you have or can demonstrate:
- 1-3 years of experience within Planning, Supply Planning, Supply Chain Development or similar
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree within Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Management Engineering or similar
- Experience from global organisation
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially with Excel
- QlikView, PowerBI and Logility (is a plus)
- English, verbally and written
