As a Solution Architect at Satair, your expertise in analyzing environments, evaluating technologies, and designing solutions is vital for delivering high-quality, customer-centric experiences. Your understanding of common IT security frameworks and controls is equally critical to ensure that our platform maintains the required standards of quality and security.

You will collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure that technical requirements align seamlessly with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead end-to-end e-commerce solution architect, focusing on the application layer, for our highly complex e-commerce environment.
• Analyze, document, and clarify our stakeholders' business objectives (functional and non-functional) to design viable technical Digital solutions.
• Ensure timely decision-making, documentation, and implementation of all required architectural decisions.
• Adhere to industry documentation standards while designing solutions.
• Identify and address technical risks inherent in the solutions relative to the underlying business requirements.
• Apply a systematic and methodical approach to think through end-to-end solution architecture, encompassing all necessary solution components.
• Actively contribute to the overall Satair architectural direction, influencing projects and products assigned to you.

How you will contribute to the team

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing complex technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of architectural principles, design patterns, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in evaluating and recommending appropriate technologies and software products.
• A passion for solving highly challenging technical problems and the ability to create architecture for complex Digital solutions.
• Experience or familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Cloud Commerce (CC) is highly desirable, as our e-commerce setup is based on these platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities.
