Key Account Manager - Wind

Are you good at spotting business opportunities in large and complex supply chains within renewables? And do you have a passion for international project logistics and want to make a difference in the wind energy sector? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) for a newly established role to join our Wind team in Esbjerg. As KAM, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important large customers and partners within the Wind supply chain. You will oversee a portfolio of assigned key clients and business opportunities, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new opportunities in the wind logistics sector..

You will be part of the Energy, Ports & Projects (EPP) department and will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives and developing new business avenues. You will support and contribute to meeting and exceeding our wind strategy, promote a safety culture, and develop BWS as the logistics provider of choice within Wind Logistics, Port Services, and installation services.

What are we looking for
We are looking for someone with experience in international project logistics, Kam experience, strategic planning, and great execution skills. You have a solid educational background and strong negotiation and communication skills. Additionally, experience working in an international environment and the ability to communicate effectively across different cultures in English are essential.

Additional information
The role is based in Esbjerg and reports to the Global Director Wind. You should be able to be in Esbjerg 2-3 days a week to engage and build strong working relationships with colleagues. This role includes occasional travels and business trips, providing opportunities to connect with clients
