About the Job:
As the Executive Assistant to the Head of Board Secretariat, you will be supporting the Chairman’s office (CMO) who play an indispensable role in supporting the board of A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S. Our responsibilities encompass the meticulous planning and coordination of all meetings for our board members, including both board meetings and committee meetings, as well as arranging travel planning. We are committed to ensuring the highest standards of corporate governance in all board-related activities. This includes keeping board members well-informed about relevant legislation and facilitating comprehensive board evaluations.

In the planning phases, we work in close collaboration with the chair of the board and the Executive Leadership Team. This partnership is crucial for aligning the board's activities with the company's strategic objectives.

Our efforts are aimed at fostering an environment where the board can operate efficiently and effectively, thereby contributing to the overall success of A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S.

We are seeking a highly qualified individual who:

  • Aspires to work in a truly international environment
  • Is service-minded and has experience working with individuals at the C-suite level
  • Possesses an initiative-taking mindset with the ability to anticipate the needs of our Board members
  • Is adept at managing and adapting to changing priorities and stakeholders, maintaining a comprehensive overview even during busy periods
  • Demonstrates a keen sense of urgency and a drive to deliver high-quality work
  • Exhibits flexibility in their approach to work and is unafraid to share their opinions
  • Has strong judgment, excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in both Danish and English), and the trustworthiness to be a true confidant and support to the board and the CMO team
