SAP Transformation Senior Manager/Director
As a Senior SAP Transformation Manager/Director, you will guide large-scale SAP transformation and conversion projects for our clients, combining hands-on technology expertise with strategic vision. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee end-to-end project delivery, and drive technological innovations to solve complex business challenges. Beyond delivery, you will contribute to business development, collaborate with sales teams to identify new opportunities, and shape solutions that align with our clients’ strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Transformation Management

• Drive and support complex SAP transformation projects from planning through execution, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Deliver high-quality SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BTP, and other SAP product implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique business needs and tailoring solutions to deliver maximum value.

Team and Stakeholder Management

• Coach and develop a team of SAP consultants and technology specialists, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, and project managers, to achieve cohesive project execution.
• Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and the project team, ensuring alignment and clarity.

Business Development and Sales Support

• Collaborate with sales and account teams to develop new business opportunities and support client proposals and pitches.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within ongoing projects, positioning our SAP offerings for maximum impact.

Technology Strategy and Innovation

• Stay current with the latest SAP technologies, tools, and industry trends, guiding clients and teams on best practices and innovative solutions.
• Define technology roadmaps for clients, aligning SAP architecture and landscape with long-term business goals.
• Identify opportunities to optimize clients’ SAP environments for improved scalability, resilience, and efficiency.

Risk Management and Quality Assurance

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Conduct regular project reviews to track progress, manage risks, and adjust project plans as necessary.

Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: 10+ years of SAP project experience, including 5+ years in management roles managing complex transformations.
• Leadership: Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams, coaching talent, and delivering successful SAP projects.
• Technical Skills: Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, BTP, SAP ECC, Fiori, SAP Cloud, and related technologies.
• Business Acumen: Strong business development skills, including presales, proposal preparation, and client engagement.
• Certifications: Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Solution Architect) are a plus.
