The Opportunity
We are looking to hire a Senior Controller in the Workforce Management (WFM) department within the Division Transformation & Performance of our global business line Merchant Services (GBL MS). You will be the right arm of the WFM Controlling manager and own the monthly reporting (including actual data analysis and forecast) of workforce KPI’s for the GBL.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly reporting and reviews (including qualitative analysis of FTE variations). As the MS organization keeps evolving, you will be the key player in improving the current reporting / planning process and tools (work paper simplification/automation, template adaptation, new analyses).
- Support the manager on all planning activities (in-year monthly reforecast, budget, 3-year plan), including data modelling which needs resourceful mind for data collection and ability of designing working templates.
- Contribute to the improvement of data quality of MyHR and Clarity, notably the consistency of functions/departments between the HR view and Finance view.
- Foster an environment of collaboration, engagement, and dedication.
- Support MS Divisions in the implementation of their people equation trajectory (e.g. JVIP, Payone, etc.
- Maintain close collaboration with WFM colleagues working on the other WFM processes (e.g. resource/job approvals, subcontractor management)
- Handle ad-hoc requests for data provision and analyses from different stakeholders: WFM Controlling manager, Group WFM, Group Controlling, MS Controlling, MS HRD, Talent Acquisition
Who Are We Looking For

- Strong academic background, preferably a degree in finance/controlling, economics, management or related
- At least 8 years controlling experience in international environment (matrix organization is a plus), with proven track record
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving
- Attention to detail
- Curious (desire to learn)
- Service spirit and team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be comfortable with matrix environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Must be comfortable with managing complex data with heterogeneous level of quality
- Ability to work under pressure / deal with short deadlines and changing priorities
- Full English proficiency, French would be a plus
- Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of SAP and especially the SAP BusinessObjects Analysis for Office (AfO) would be a plus
