We are looking for a Test Management Consultant for our Application Team who can contribute to delivering an added-value application, based on standard solutions to the business and ensure an efficient and reliable support and maintenance of the solution.
As our Test Management Consultant, you will report to the Head of Product Life Cycle and Quality Management System and will be part of the Danish organization based at Ambu’s office in HQ Office in Ballerup, Denmark.
Key responsibilities
Ambu uses Jama for managing requirements with traceability through the systems development process for proven cycle time reduction and quality improvement. The system is used worldwide by more than 150 Ambu users.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Act as Service Delivery Manager
- Solve daily support tickets within your area of responsibility
- Coordinate changes and updates with your colleagues in IT, Line of Business and external consultants and handle the necessary documentation according to standards
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders on configurations including documentation updates.
- Participate in relevant meetings regarding our Test Management System including IT security forum meetings and ensure that relevant patches for the system are implemented.
- Drive, prepare, document and execute tests
- Identify practical solutions within the framework of our standard systems by engaging in dialogue with users and team
- Maintain relevant Standard Operating Procedures to ensure optimal training set-up and accommodate business needs
Suggested candidate profile
Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you:
You may have experience in working with Test/ Requirement Management systems or other systems, however, if you are not familiar with Jama, training can be provided.
- You have at least 7-10 years of IT applications, test management, and/or transformation projects
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software development, different delivery methodologies and application lifecycle management.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders and managing their expectations.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve processes.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Bachelor's or higher degree.
As a person, you are a strong team player with an analytical and structured approach, good at planning and time management. You are a skilled communicator, enabling you to create strong relationships across the organisation. At the same time, you are comfortable with decision-making.
It will be an advantage if you have an understanding of working with IT in a pharmaceutical or MedTech company where standards for documentation and training are high and changes to the system are implemented according to standard procedures and documentation.
