At NKT in Asnæs, we are expanding our production significantly by building complete new production lines while we are committed to keeping our present 24/7 production up and running. Hence, we are expanding our process engineering team and need a skilled manager to take part in this journey. The position requires a local presence at the production site to oversee the progress of projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders. Taking advantage of experience from sister organizations, some travel days a year can be expected as well.

Ensure progress with small and large projects
As the Process Engineering Manager, you will supervise, develop, and control projects related to product, process and machine optimization in our existing production. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in the industrialization of our new production line in close collaboration with the project team building our new production lines.

Your main area of responsibility will be

• Management of the process engineering team, incl. all related people processes
• Oversee projects and build root cause analysis to ensure improvements in the production processes
• Implement technical improvements to optimize production output
• Project management of and follow-up on investment projects

Ability to analyze, collaborate and create commitment at all levels
As a person, you have a positive and proactive mindset being able to communicate and influence teams across the organization. You work structured and are experienced in analyzing data for use in optimizing of the production processes. Your capable leadership and empathetic nature work in synergy to create a trusted environment and welcome diversity across the organization's various echelons, moving towards fulfilling the goals in place.

We believe that you have:

• A BSc. in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Process Engineering Manager or in a similar role
• Construction experience
• Fluently in Danish and English
• High competence in Microsoft Office, SAP and relevant IT programs to support the construction work
