Join us in this role where you’ll develop and lead our B2B IT roadmap to ensure an efficient, customer-centric application landscape. You'll work with AI and automation initiatives, lead and participate in large B2B IT projects, and collaborate with colleagues to prioritise and execute key initiatives.

You’ll be part of Systems & Analytics where you, together with your colleagues, will drive our digital roadmap with IT application maintenance and development. You’ll collaborate with external and internal IT application vendors, manage our IT budget, drive initiatives and projects across the company to ensure an efficient B2B system landscape, and enable an excellent experience for all your Ørsted colleagues. We aim to continuously optimise processes and applications to equip the business with the best tools to do less redundant work and to create more value. You’ll play an important role in:
- developing and leading our B2B IT roadmap to ensure an efficient, user-centric, and futureproof application landscape
- working with data colleagues to ensure the link between the data roadmap and system requirements
- leading and participating in large B2B IT projects
- tracking, leading, and participating in our agile ART set-up, prioritising and executing on B2B’s most prioritised projects and tasks
- driving the AI and atomisation agenda in B2B with your team colleagues.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have project manager experience, own the responsibility, follow through with tasks, communicate clearly on both success and challenges, and preferably have experience working in an agile set-up
- understand and drive optimisation possibilities and preferably have knowledge from areas with B2B customer processes
- have technical capabilities, learn new applications fast, understand architecture, and can give input to building a better application landscape, as well as initiate system development with IT
- can lead IT system maintenance and development and have excellent vendor management skills
- thrive in working independently and managing your own time, but also have excellent cooperation and stakeholder management skills and can motivate your colleagues to succeed with you.
