We are looking for a highly motivated Visual Strategist and Designer with a focus on creating professional and clear visual messages through design. In the Business Development Team, we contribute to creating winners. If you also want to join, read on.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in design thinking, visual communication, and communication of messages though design. As a Visual Strategist and Designer, you will have the opportunity to work alongside among others experienced designers and contribute to the development of innovative products and solutions for our business and clients.
The design and other tasks you will help create must ensure that EY appears professional and innovative, while at the same time focusing on supporting EY's overall goal: Shaping the future with confidence.
Your main responsibilities:
• Development of creative visuals and other deliverables that visually support EY's sales material and contribute to differentiating EY positively
• Translation of complex, technical concepts into visual illustrations, figures and similar graphic effects simply and effectively for specific target groups
• To contribute with innovative ideas for business development in many different areas
• Be responsible for the visual design and graphic universe in many different projects
• Be an active part of our Nordic network for graphic designers
• To focus on continuous development that supports the Business Development Team's many stakeholders

Qualifications:
- Experience in graphic design in electronic and printed material for a full sales circle e.g. pitch material, product and other presentations, after sales material etc.
- 3+ years of experience in creative design, bringing complex messages to life
- Design-related knowledge (including but not limited to: MS Office, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, etc.)
- Ideally, we also imagine that you have:
- A creative, forward-looking and pragmatic approach to tasks, combined with great attention to detail
- A good ability to multitask and a real interest in helping to create professional solutions
- Great commitment and appetite to be curious
- A flexible approach to your work that ensures that your tasks are completed well within the deadline
