The team
As our new Lead for Talent Strategy, you will join a growing People team consisting of +20 colleagues covering the entire employee lifecycle to deliver our aspiration to reach EUR 100bn through People.
The role
As the Strategic People Projects Leader, you will spearhead a portfolio of strategic projects aimed at building our people platform to support the company’s scale-up. You will work across various people processes, from talent acquisition to development, workforce planning, engagement, and retention, with the overall goal of creating value and supporting the growth of our business.
You will report to our Head of Talent in CIP, and will be part of Talent team leadership, working closely with CHRO Leadership team.
Responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of strategic people projects.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance talent acquisition, development, workforce planning, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals.
- Analyze and optimize people processes to support the company’s growth and scalability.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee experience and organizational culture.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.
You
You are an (ex)management consultant with a minimum of 6 years of relevant full-time experience from MBB (preferred), or Big-4, with a proven history of delivering strategic projects, ideally in HR space.
Moreover, you have a relevant bachelor's degree within Engineering, Business, Human Resources, Economics, Finance, or other related fields. Master’s degree or professional certifications in HR preferred.
Key qualifications include:
- Strategic leadership: Proven track-record and ability to develop, implement, and adapt strategic talent initiatives to support organizational goals, ideally in the HR space.
- Problem-solving (both conceptual and quantitative): Ability to structure complex problems, analyze data, and make informed, strategic and actionable recommendations to ensure business outcomes. Hands-on leader, proficient using Excel for basic analyses e.g., pivot tables.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Influence with quality communication skills: Advanced stakeholder management with the ability to inspire, guide, and build trust with both internal stakeholders and delivery partners. High interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for working effectively across teams and building a collaborative work environment. Hands-on leader, comfortable using PowerPoint for CXO level presentations. Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Program/Project Management: Comprehensive organizational and project management skills to deliver multiple programs, deadlines, and external delivery teams, ensuring timely and high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment across a wide range of work streams/projects with constantly shifting priorities.
- Drive and adaptability: Resilient, service minded and positive pragmatic attitude with a great desire to work in a growing international organization. Motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic team player who is proactive and resourceful. Flexibility to adapt strategies and programs to changing business needs, with a proactive approach to delivering new, innovative learning solutions.
- Hands-on leader: Bias on delivering impact and content, not just project or process management. Comfortable rolling up the sleeves to get things done and lead content problem-solving from the front, working with lean, high impact project teams.
