The position
This role will have you develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules to ensure the successful and timely completion of projects. This includes working closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to define project scope, establish timelines, and allocate resources.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Lead efforts to enhance scheduling processes and tools for the IT & Automation team.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, and optimize schedule processes (baselining, monitoring & control, reporting).
- Drive the adoption of best practices in scheduling and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Ensure proper stakeholder alignment and communication with the broader IT & Automation team around schedule.
- Support scheduling and manage issues cross sites.
- Support monthly reporting on scheduling cross sites.
Qualifications
We imagine that a successful candidate has:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
- 4 + years of experience in a similar role withing project management.
- Proven experience in project scheduling, preferably within IT and automation domains.
- Proficiency in scheduling software/tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
- Experience with CAPEX projects will be an advantage.
- Fluent spoken and written English.

Your strong communication skills allow you to clearly convey complex timelines and project updates, fostering understanding and alignment among diverse stakeholders. Collaborative by nature, you excel at building productive relationships across teams and with external partners, driving cohesion and success. When challenges arise, your problem-solving mindset and adaptability ensure that you address issues swiftly and effectively, keeping projects on track. With a natural aptitude for time management and prioritization, you balance immediate tasks and long-term objectives seamlessly.

DD&IT PS – Fill & Finish Expansions is a program organization - built in a multi-dimensional matrix structure, that’s designed to foster cross-organizational and cross-functional collaboration to shape our future. Our goal is to design and build future-proof, global fill & finish production facilities, with a focus on establishing strong foundational IT and automation that will enable these facilities to digitally evolve. As a member of our department, you will work closely with colleagues responsible for processes and engineering, as well as various technology partners both internally and externally.
