What's the role?
We are looking for a brand designer with deep expertise in all things brand and graphic design, bringing our brand to life via extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud software suite and best practice design execution; who’s at the forefront of 'what's next' and has the innate ability to break down complex ideas into small, easy-to-understand visual ideas, best suited for our target audience.

What does the role involve?
At the same time your love navigating complex projects in a global matrix organization with the goal to reduce complexity and maximize outcome. As a Brand Design Specialist at Hilti, you will be helping us tell our and our customers’ story in engaging ways, promoting and evolving our brand fundamentals, to propel our brand into an exciting future. You will closely work with HQ and global market organization teams and creatives across the globe to drive Hilti’s brand awareness in the global environment, with the perfect mix of global strategic mindset and local needs. You have a deep understanding of brand strategy, consistently aligning creative outputs with the Hilti brand’s vision and corporate strategy. Expertise in transforming complex ideas into compelling visual identities is essential, alongside the ability to craft cohesive and innovative design systems for both digital and physical touchpoints.

To further accelerate in digital marketing, we are building our Global Digital Hub in Paris. What you need is:

  • At least 6+ years of visual or graphic design experience
  • Degree in Communication, Brand or Graphic Design, or comparable qualifications
  • Video editing skills (illustration, animation or 3D design is a plus)
  • Expertise in preparing digital and print files with precision. Strong affinity for design excellence and a pro-active interest in understanding digital trends
  • Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign, Firefly, XD etc.)
  • Understanding of how AI can be integrated into the design workflow while maintaining brand authenticity
  • Experience in navigating complex projects in a global matrix organization.
  • True team player, who speaks up when a status quo benefits from being challenged, knows how to work independently, and proactively suggests innovative, creative approaches to help grow brand equity
  • High aesthetic standards and a strong sense for B2B and B2C brands, visual language and storytelling
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English (German, French and other languages is a plus)
