Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirement gathering with business users to obtain a good understanding of their needs, translate the requirements into clear functional specifications

• Design business processes and leverage on the knowledge of payment systems
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services so as to propose solutions that can effectively address customer business needs.

• Collaborate with product owners and the development team to ensure the smooth and efficient implementation of functional specifications.
• Develop and execute test plans and prepare test reports
• Assist in end-to-end requirements traceability from design to delivery
• Prepare and conduct end-user training program
• Create and maintain internal documentation or reference materials on company shared space for team usage
• Assist in the creation of presales or client presentation materials

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or IT related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in financial/IT industry
• Excellent knowledge of payment system and is familiar with credit card business process or core banking systems
• Proficiency in using software tools for data analysis, project management, and collaboration (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence)
• Experience with business process modeling, data analysis, and requirements gathering
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Interest in payment business, payment technology and software development as well as high levels of self-motivation
• Good English and Chinese reading/writing skills
