We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Learning & Development (L&D) Expert to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering impactful learning experiences for both CT and BST. This is an opportunity to combine cutting-edge L&D practices with strategic business support to drive individual and organizational growth. This role is a 14-month parental cover.
What You'll Do
Learning Solutions Design & Delivery
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of designated learning products, from ideation and design to execution and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate and deliver high impact training sessions, ensuring engaging and collaborative learner experiences.
- Tailor programs to meet business needs and organizational change by leveraging state-of-the-art L&D methods and best practices.
- Drive L&D initiatives based on outcome from employee engagement surveys and leadership priorities to personalize content and maximize program impact.
- Drive Generative AI for BST together with teaming@BCG team.
Topic Expert and Advisor for BST Leaders
- Serve as a trusted L&D expert to Business Services Team (BST) leaders, identifying learning needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Build working relationships with key stakeholders, including local leadership and BST functions (Finance, Staffing, Recruiting, and Operations).
Content Development
- Design and oversee the development of new training materials, ensuring relevance and quality.
- Collaborate with external vendors to source expertise where needed.
- Collaborate with the L&D peers regionally and globally.
Technology & Systems Expertise
- Act as a super-user of relevant LMS and GenAI tools.
Financial Management
- Manage financial responsibilities, including vendor contracting and invoice processing, tracking training expenses, and preparing cost estimates for your portfolio.
Measuring Impact
- Analyze the effectiveness of learning programs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Leverage data to align L&D initiatives with business outcomes.
- Problem solving (Thoughtfully identify, analyze & resolve problems).
- Relationships (People impact and network engagement): be an active member of regional and global L&D networks, contributing your expertise and learning from others.
- Ownership (Degree of empowerment & ability to drive area of responsibility).
- Impact (Ability to deliver results & affect change for BCG).
What You'll Bring
- Deep knowledge of Learning & Development best practices and trends, with a passion for driving impactful learning solutions.
- Facilitation skills and a natural ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, ideally Saba, and GenAI tools.
- Financial acumen, with experience in managing costs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Certifications supporting best practices (e.g. test tools, coaching).
