SatCom Project Engineer

Job Description:
Area of ​​responsibility and tasks
- Technical design, implementation, testing and operational support of Airbus products and services.
- Be close to customers to understand their needs and come up with solutions
- Collaborate with Airbus' customers to develop technical solutions
- Assess change requests from customers.
- Stay professionally up to date on developments within the solution area
- Keep relevant documentation up to date

Qualifications and characteristics:
- Higher Education (Masters/Bachelors) within Telecommunications or Satellite Communications

- Competence & Experience with implementation, testing and operational support of secure Satellite communication networks and infrastructure
- Experience in RF Measurements and Testing
- Holding a current Norwegian Passport

- Class B driving license

- Shall be able to gain Security Clearance to Norwegian Secret / NATO Secret level
- Practical experience in the use of modern methodologies and industry standards for the implementation of processes and projects
- Preferably international experience, either from military service or business.
- You have a higher education in a technical field or have attended a vocational school
