About the Team & Department
You will be part of a team of highly skilled scientists and technicians developing late-stage mammalian and microbial processes. The team conducts downstream and upstream studies as well as analytics. We perform down-scale qualification and process characterization to define process parameter limits and ensure process robustness.
The department also manages cell banking under GMP regulations. Your primary responsibility will be conducting experiments and practical laboratory work, collaborating cross-functionally on a wide range of customer projects.
Experience & Qualifications
We are looking for a trained laboratory technician (Laborant) or someone with a similar degree and hands-on experience. Both newly graduated and experienced technicians are welcome to apply.
- Experience in the following areas is an advantage:
- Mammalian cell cultivation
- Handling Ambr-250 bioreactors
- Operating bench/pilot-scale bioreactors with mammalian cells
- Cell banking
- Working in compliance with quality standards and systems
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a flexible approach to collaboration.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, take responsibility, and perform tasks independently
