About the role
We are looking for an Associated Manager to join our Project Assistance leadership team in Portfolio & Project Management. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of project assistants, ensuring their success and alignment with company and project goals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in people management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for projects and management.

How you might spend your days
As an Associated Manager, you’ll be

  • Providing management, leadership, and strategic vision for Project Assistants team.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of Project Assistants, providing guidance, coaching, and support to facilitate their professional development and success.
  • Collaborating with different stakeholders both internal and external to ensure efficient cooperation in the project teams.
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the project management team.
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for training and development.
  • Serving as a liaison between the project management team and other departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards across all project management activities.
  • Developing Project Assistants best practices and execute trainings in the organization.
  • Part of the ongoing strategic tracks headed by Portfolio & Project Management Area.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

  • Background in administration with a strong understanding of project execution, preferably within an engineering or consultancy company.
  • Diploma or BSc degree in Administration or related field.
  • Proficiency in Dalux, including administration and daily operations.
  • Leadership experience in a similar role, with at least 5 years of people management experience, ideally in project management or engineering. Your leadership and team management skills enables to motivate and develop your team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Proven ability to drive results, manage priorities, and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
