We are continuously strengthening our sustainability efforts and are looking for someone with an analytical mindset to lead the collection of key data within this area. Join us to play an important role in our sustainability reporting and support stakeholders internally with decision making on sustainable developments and actions.
As our new Sustainability Analyst, you will join our Sustainability team within the Corporate Responsibility department in Kongens Lyngby, Denmark.
This role is a paternity cover from 1st March 2025 to 31st August 2025.
Key responsibilities
- Lead our Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions accounting, data collection and reporting process.
- Coordinate and monitor the roll out of key initiatives for the decarbonization of our operations. Head our Scope 1 and 2 quarterly working group.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders in the furtherance of our scope 3 decarbonization roadmap.
- Lead the execution of our product sustainability data program by conducting Life Cycle Assessments (LCA), distributing knowledge and finding lower-impact alternatives to key materials.
- Become an internal and external person of contact for everything related to our decarbonization program. Support internal stakeholders in their decision making and provide insights based on data and research.
- Support the preparation of our first Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) report and the compliance to do with the EU Taxonomy requirements.
What you bring
We are seeking someone who ideally brings a minimum of 3 years of experience in working with decarbonization management programs and sustainability reporting from international companies.
Moreover, you bring:
- A master or bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Data Analytics or a related field.
- Adequate knowledge of GHG protocol, Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), and other relevant accounting frameworks.
- Experience in leading data collection and reporting.
- Proficiency in speaking “carbon” and an understanding of the complexities of collecting and reporting emissions in the context of a global organization.
- Great analytical abilities while easily being able to translate and share insights with non-experts.
- Competencies in Power BI and Excel.
- Expereince with LCA is an advantage, but not a requirement. The ability to easily interpret the results of in-house conducted assessments and sharing the findings with key internal stakeholders are however a requirement.
- Expereince with CSRD data collection and reporting are similarly advantageous.
What we offer
You will join our Sustainability team within the Corporate Responsibility department. Corporate Responsibility is a part of the Corporate Commercial department which includes Legal, IP, Brand Protection and Procurement. A department known for a can-do attitude. You will report to our Director of Corporate Responsibility and keep in close contact with our Head of Sustainability.

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package.
