Software Engineer with Passion for DevOps & Developer Experience

Are you a software engineer with a passion for DevOps, developer experience, and platform engineering? Do you get excited about improving tooling, automation, and infrastructure that empower engineering teams to move faster and build better solutions? Then you might be the colleague we’re looking for.
As a key member of our team, you’ll help design, build, and maintain internal platforms, developer tooling, and shared infrastructure that enable 80+ engineers across Denmark, Macedonia, and India to deliver high-quality solutions in the payroll, expenses, and finance domains. Your work won’t just focus on improving pipelines and automation — you’ll also be creating shared libraries, templates, and frameworks that promote consistency, reduce boilerplate, and make life easier for our developers.

In this role, you’ll have a direct impact on both our engineering velocity and the experience of tens of thousands of users.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Azure
• Solid knowledge of Azure DevOps and/or GitHub for CI/CD and workflow automation
• Strong understanding of Docker and experience with containerized deployments
• Proficiency in C# and .NET Core/Standard
• Familiarity with MS SQL Server and Cosmos DB
• A strong passion for automation, Infrastructure-as-Code (ARM templates and/or Bicep), and developer enablement
• Experience building and maintaining internal tools, shared libraries, and developer-facing frameworks
• A sharp focus on delivering a world-class developer experience
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Desired Additional Skills and Experience:

• Experience with PowerShell scripting and TypeScript
• Experience designing, maintaining, and optimizing large-scale SQL Server databases
• Understanding of architecture patterns like CQRS, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Inbox/Outbox
