Working closely with Category Operations teams and S&OP departments, you will be instrumental in delivering efficient and strategic supply chain solutions.

Your new working day
As Supply Master Planner you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless master planning for our well-known snack brands. Your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing long- and medium-term capacity and master plans for assigned categories, factories, and production lines.
• Leading Supply Review for assigned category factories and the weekly Category S&OE process.
• Aligning key supply chain processes and providing updated, accurate master data.
• Driving standardization, continuous improvements, and harmonization within the planning area.
• Collaborating across Category Operations, Procurement, and Finance to align on supply chain goals.
• Preparing forecasts, presenting recommendations to management, and contributing to key R&D projects.

You will join the Master Planning Team, responsible for managing the master planning process for five snack factories. Your primary focus will be on the Søndersø factory, where your workplace is located, and you will report to the Category S&OP Manager.

The team needs these competencies
To succeed in this role, we’re looking for a candidate who combines expertise with a collaborative mindset. With your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, you will drive the master planning process and contribute directly to the success of the Category S&OP strategy.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A master degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Supply Master Planning.
• Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain processes, including production planning, capacity planning, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in SAP, Supply Chain Planning tools, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
• Experience with centralized master planning and working in multinational or matrix organizations is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, including report and presentation creation for management.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Danish.
