About the role
The Client Support Specialist plays a vital role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. This position involves supporting both our clients and their employees (our end-users) by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding customer service. Support is offered across extended hours through email and chat. Additionally, the team is responsible for training and enhancing the performance of our AI chatbot.
This Client Support Specialist team consists of six people located in Vilnius and Stockholm. They collaborate closely with Benify’s Client Success, Professional Services, and Customer Services teams.
The team provides near-round-the-clock support to our clients, Monday through Friday. We are now seeking a new colleague to join us on the afternoon/evening shift, working 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
As a Client Support Specialist, you will:
- Provide support to our clients and their employees via email and live chat.
- Assist in training Benify’s AI chatbot to handle both generic and client/market-specific inquiries.
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve configuration issues and incidents.
- Develop expertise in the functionalities of the Benify platform and complete basic configuration or integration tasks as assigned.
- Respond to client service questions with clarity and professionalism.
- Evaluate and scope client change requests.
- Execute assigned tasks from the client action log and track progress effectively.
- Contribute to creating structure, maintaining documentation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience working with chatbots.
- Familiarity with JIRA.
- Experience using tools such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, or similar platforms.

Working hours: 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Salary: €1,900–€2,100 gross per month, depending on your seniority and relevant experience.
Start date: Mid-January or later.
