We are now looking for a
Technical Support Specialist (Energy Cables)
To join our team in Albertslund, Denmark You will be part of our tender team and responsible for building the technical aspects of our offers regarding a wide variety of high-voltage and mid-voltage cables. You will calculate cable systems both for our external clients in the Danish market as well as intercompany clients. The role includes occasional traveling to cable installation sites in Denmark as well as being available to support jointers working on sites.

Responsibilities
- Review the technical aspects of Requests for Quotation (RFQs) within the tender team for High Voltage (HV) and Medium Voltage (MV) projects.
- Develop and expand the MV product portfolio for the Danish market.
- Perform calculations for cable systems in tender submissions.
- Manage the Intercompany Request Form for Cable Costs and design for HV-land projects.
- Collect cost data for accessories suitable for cable systems.
- Handle Intercompany Requests for non-standard cables.
- Review and access factory Conformity Assessment (CA) sheets in SAP for HV and MV projects
- Provide technical support to clients during meetings, tenders, contracts, and general inquiries.
- Be present on-site during the start-up of jointing works and High Potential (HiPot) Testing (HV).
- Offer immediate support to jointers working on-site (HV).
- Provide technical support for claims, including on-site and photo evaluations.
- Be available on-site to assist with the resolution of claims.
- Report on claims internally to factories and externally to clients.
- Input data into the Product Information Management (PIM) system to ensure data sheets are available in the web catalog.
- Conduct technical reviews of marketing uploads in Denmark.
Qualifications
- Experience in the technical aspects of cables, including cable system design and/or research & development (R&D).
- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in engineering design and calculation systems.
- Familiarity with Danish legislation and electrical regulations.
- Proficiency in Danish and English (both verbal and written)
- Experience with SAP is a benefit.
- Positive attitude and a proactive, driven approach.
