Radiometer is launching a strategic business program, called DARWIN, to replace current ways of working and outdated business applications with new globally aligned processes, policies, and data as well as introducing a new modern application landscape with three critical components; Microsoft Dynamics 365FO, Dynamics 365CRM and PROS Configure Price Quote. Starting 2025, we will initiate global implementation of D365FO, implement PROS Configure Price Quote in more sales companies and continuously develop our existing global D365CRM solution, to deliver on our ambitious program roadmap.
We are looking for a Functional Consultant, Dynamics365 CRM who will be responsible for the analysis and implementation of changes requested from the global Service organization as well as from the Quality & Regulatory Affairs department. This is to improve Field Service and regulatory Customer Complaint processes within our D365CRM solution validation according to FDA 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
The role comprises managing change requests through business analysis, defining stakeholder-aligned solutions, performing functional testing, and training D365CRM experts. Acting as a proactive business partner, the role bridges technical and business needs by translating requirements into technical solutions. The responsibility includes supporting and implementing Radiometer processes and functionality for Services and Customer Complaints across 30+ global sales sites.
This position is part of the Global CRM team with a primary location onsite in Brønshøj, Copenhagen. You will report to the Director, Global CRM, Collaboration & Support. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Work closely together with the Commercial Service manager, the Quality & Regulatory Affairs colleagues, the Services and Customer Complaint organization, and stakeholders on understanding the business processes and functional requirements
- Analyze Field Service and Customer Complaint business and regulatory requirements and collaborate with Solution Architects on designing the best possible compliant solutions to continuously improve the D365CRM solution
- Be empowered to drive and manage the deliveries within the Services and Customer Complaint functional tracks across business processes and mapping, analyzing change requests, bugs, testing, project work, and training CRM Experts
- Be a trusted and proactive business partner, providing guidance and support on the use and optimization of the D365CRM solution, all while ensuring a compliant solution
- Staying up to date within D365CRM upcoming functionality and best practices for sustainable, efficient and compliant solution implementations
The essential requirements of the job include:
- A bachelor’s degree or a similar academic degree within a relevant field or related work experience
- 3+ years as Functional Consultant, Business Analyst or equivalent working with Dynamics 365CRM processes and functionality
- A strong ‘Functional Consultant toolbox’, which you master well and can use for change request assessments, analyzing, designing, configurating and implementing effective and compliant processes and functionality
- Proficient in engaging stakeholders to gather business requirements and feedback through effective communication and facilitation
- Experience keeping high standards of documentation, including functional design and process maps
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience working in a global organization within a regulated industry and are familiar with GxP and/or FDA 21 CFR Part 11 regulations
