Join us as our new Finance Graduate
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- Challenging status quo by bringing new knowledge and perspectives into play.
- Connecting the dots between different areas within and outside finance
- Supporting data driven and financially sound decision making within Novonesis
- Bringing your past experiences and insights into developing the finance organization
- Taking ownership of your own development throughout the 2-year program with 4-6 rotations across finance functions
We believe that the successful candidate possesses the following qualities:
- Enjoy working in new environments with ability to adapt and rapidly learn.
- Excellent at building and maintaining relations, as well as managing stakeholders; or understand the importance of relationship-building and have the desire to develop this characteristic.
- Is motivated by turning numbers into actionable insights.
- Thrive in working in an international work culture and has previous international experience throughout your studies.
- Be a team player that takes pride in finding solutions with others to enable success for the entire team
Potentially relevant experience:
- A master’s degree with solid academic achievements in accounting, economics, finance, business administration, or similar. You must have graduated between 2023 and 2025, and no later than September 1st, 2025.
- Relevant student work or volunteering experience during your studies
- Ready to relocate for at least 6 months of your graduate journey in one of our affiliates, e.g. US, China, Malaysia, India, or Turkey
- Eligible to work in Denmark, either as an EU citizen or through other residence permits. Providing both visa and work permit is your own responsibility.
- Possess excellent English skills in a professional setting, both written and verbal. Danish is not a requirement to succeed in this role.
