JOB TITLE: Assistant Brand Manager – Denmark and Sweden
LOCATION: Denmark or Sweden
HOURS: Full-time, 37 hours per week
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are excited for be hiring an Assistant Brand Manager based in Denmark or Sweden. In this role, you will support the local brand development and activation and contribute to ensuring impactful brand performance in your markets, with a specific focus on supporting the overall commercial agenda across the DK/SE region as part of STG’s ambitious growth goals. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the sales, sales ops and global brand teams, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager – Northern Europe
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Supporting the Senior Brand Manager in leading the category, brand, and commercial strategy for STG DK/SE’s commercial agenda.
- Assisting with proactive portfolio & pricing management for both core and NPD based on market trends, gap analysis, and innovation opportunities.
- Execution of channel-specific growth strategies for the category.
- Assisting in the planning, management, and implementation of brand activation and sales cycle measures.
- Collaborating on the preparation and coordination of yearly business plans, aligning with cross-functional teams.
- Supporting the cross-portfolio implementation of trade activation concepts and communications
- Conducting analyses of market, competitors, and consumer behaviour to inform recommended strategies.
- Contributing to budget planning and cost control.
- Coordinating with external agencies and service providers.
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing or assistant brand management role, local activation experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience assisting in the execution of activation campaigns across various touchpoints.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with global and local teams.
- Strong analytical skills to track brand performance and contribute to business goals in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with a passion for learning and growing within the brand management field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English & local language.
- Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
