What We’re Looking For? 🤓
- 3+ years of proven experience selling complex SaaS products/services
- A hunger for growth and curiosity to be part of our scaleup journey
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership or management experience
Your Role on Our Team? 👨🏻🤝👨🏻
At Lime, we believe in leaders who understand operations and lead by example. You will start with a sales budget and move into sales manager when hitting quota 2-4 quarters. When ramped up and crushing quota you will transfer into sales manager and own:
- The Lime Go Sales Playbook, optimizing our sales process
- The results of our sales team and support with coaching, 1:1s, pipe meetings and deal reviews
- The sales & marketing strategy together with marketing to target our ICP
- All other awesome sales manager activities!

Reporting & Growth
You’ll report directly to the Director of Lime Go with regular 1:1s.
You will be part of the Lime Go Management Team and be part of our Revenue Operations team in Stockholm (Sales, CS, Marketing & Product).
