About the role
Benify is on the lookout for a visionary Director of Delivery to lead our operations across the Nordic region. This new position is a key leadership role where you’ll drive the delivery of our innovative services, ensuring we consistently meet and exceed client expectations.

As the Director of Delivery Nordics, you will manage both our Operations and Professional Services teams, working closely with multiple departments to streamline processes, optimize performance, and foster collaboration.

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire teams across Operations and Professional Services, fostering seamless collaboration with other departments.
• Develop and execute delivery strategies aimed at optimizing operational processes, improving service delivery, and driving efficiency.
• Define and track KPIs for delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and process efficiency to promote continuous improvement.
• Provide strong leadership to a team of 50, including six team managers, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Report directly to the Deputy CEO, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of Benify’s delivery in the Nordic region.

Who we're looking for
We’re seeking a results-driven leader with significant experience in a senior role within a delivery organization, ideally within the SaaS or tech sector. Your ability to develop and implement successful delivery strategies, coupled with your passion for innovation, makes you stand out as a strategic leader. You have a proven track record of driving success in a fast-paced environment and thrive on creating strong cross-functional relationships.

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Fluency in Swedish and English.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a talent for identifying and navigating complex opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• The ability to develop and implement successful delivery strategies and driving organizational transformation.
