Your new role
Joining our Life Science and Pharma organisation, you will become a part of team of over 100 experts with several years of experience in managing life science and pharmaceutical projects for clients in Denmark and abroad. Life Science & Pharma is experiencing explosive growth, and we are looking at a pipeline that will keep us busy both in the short and long term. The increasing demand for our services is global, and the strategic responsibility for driving this growth journey is anchored here in Denmark. Currently, we are involved in a diverse range of projects for Danish clients nationwide and are expanding our reach internationally, with active collaborations in Sweden and Italy. By leveraging our expertise across borders, we are delivering innovative solutions that meet both local and international standards.

As our new Project Manager, you will be involved in a variety of projects. We work on new facilities, remodelling, and renovation of production facilities (GMP), laboratories, and various structures required on production sites. Our involvement spans all phases of the project, from initial ideation, through design, contractor selection, and technical supervision during execution, to the final handover. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for steering the project effectively through the different phases, and ensuring that client objectives, project goals and overall success criteria are met.

We work closely together with our colleagues across different disciplines and geographical markets to ensure that we deliver the best of Ramboll in all our projects. As a Project Manager, you will serve as the link between the client and our multidisciplinary team, responsible for facilitating effective collaboration between the different parties involved.

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute pharmaceutical projects, managing all aspects from concept through delivery.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure strict compliance with pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., GMP, FDA, EMA) and industry standards.
  • Manage project risks, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues.
  • Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and leadership, providing clear, actionable insights.

You will join Structures and Project Management – a team of 21 colleagues specializing in project management, structural engineering, and digital solutions. We are a diverse group with a mix of experience levels, skills and backgrounds, which enables us to bring different perspectives to our projects. Collaboration is central to how we work—we support each other, share knowledge, and work closely together to deliver great results. We work in a hybrid set-up, alternating between the office, client sites, and home. About you
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in project management of building projects. If you excel in an innovative, collaborative, and professional environment, you are sure to thrive in Ramboll! We expect the following to resonate with you:

  • An engineering or architectural background.
  • Min. 10 years of experience with project management towards life science and pharmaceutical clients, or similar experience that enables you to manage the complexities of these kinds of project
  • Contract and procurement management experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English both verbally and written.
