Are you passionate about transforming a sales organization? Join a highly dedicated Sales Excellence and transformation team. Here you will help transform and develop the global sales organization through best practices and implementation of digital solutions.

You will be part of the global sales excellence team, which consists of 6 employees spread between the US, India, and Denmark. We have a strong collaborative spirit where curiosity and ambition drive us to explore and identify best practices and constantly strive to optimize our sales process.
In this position, you’ll make an impact by…
- Being the global subject matter expert on account management in collaboration with your peers in line of business
- Driving the design and implementation of account management programs and tools across the sales organization and across customer segments
- Working in a central support function with deep collaboration with line of business as a basis for driving change
Some of your key tasks will include:
- Key account management program lead
- Cross business optimization projects through collaboration with commercial stakeholders in line of business
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimization based on insights and input from business areas
Collaboration with colleagues will be key as you will frequently interact with stakeholders in commercial excellence and in business areas.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Min 5 years of experience in B2B sales or technical sales preferably as a senior account manager
- Project management experience – you will be working with many stakeholders
- Flair for technology - Experience in SalesForce CRM and related digital sales support tools
- Good social skills and ability to engage with all levels of an organization
- An eye for seeing simplification and optimization potential in a complex global sales organization
- Experience from leading a sales team will be an advantage
