Your responsibilities and tasks:
As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be a key member of the department and the primary go-to person for both engineering and sales, ensuring that projects are executed according to our standardization protocols.
Specifically, you will:
- Create Functional Description Specifications (FDS) describing the Process of the Membrane Filtration Unit in customer projects.
- Close cooperation with the other Process engineers and Automation about further developing the FDS.
- Conducting FAT with customers/colleagues on customer projects.
- Assist customers in integrating new equipment into their processes
- Conduct on-site inspection, testing and start-up of Membrane Filtration systems in conjunction with back-office support.
- Optimize plant performance to meet the guaranteed capacities and consumption levels, both remotely and on-site.
- Coordinate the handover from Project Manager to Commissioning, ensuring all necessary information is provided.
- Follow up post-commissioning, collect data, delivering feedback to Project, Design, R&D, and Sales teams.
Your profile and qualifications:
We are looking for a colleague who takes ownership of their responsibilities and has a naturally innovative mindset. Since you will be working with a broad range of stakeholders, exceptional communication and relationship-building skills will be crucial for success in this position.
Finally, we imagine that you:
- Hold a professional education as Process Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Dairyman, Process Technologist or similar.
- Have many years of experience working as a Commissioning, Automation or Process Engineer.
- Have good experience in the dairy, brewery or food industry including experience with Membrane filtration.
- Speak and write English fluently, Danish skills are an advantage.
- Are willing to travel globally approximately 30-60 days per year.
- Knowledge to PLC programming will be an advantage.
