The Position
As a Production Engineer, you will be part of FPM Needle manufacturing site Hjørring. You will join a cross-functional team of 8 employees, where collaboration and support are at the heart of everything we do. You will be responsible for establishing the documentation package for the developed solutions and you will take a lead role in the testing and qualification. Furthermore you will be the key role in driving a databased approach with a LEAN mindset.

Your main tasks will be to:
• Drive or participate in projects related to process optimization and implementation
• Take responsibility for the validation actions and documentation attached to the projects – process validation.
• Play an active role in ensuring the validated state of our production equipment.
• Support the team with a databased approach to optimize mechanical issues related to the assembly process.
• Work closely with a highly engaged team in Assembly or Pack.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• An academical background in engineering or another relevant scientific field.
• Experience within validation of automated production equipment.
• Strong GMP mindset combined with strong documentation skills.
• Knowledge of equipment, a flair for IT and data analysis.

About the department
You will be part of one of our Assembly or Pack Support teams and have 8 close colleagues. We are responsible for supporting our assembly lines in terms of quality and equipment issues.

The teams are part of the Needle Manufacturing site in Hjørring, Denmark which is organised in seven departments and with approximately 425 employees dedicated to ensuring the pen needle supply to Novo Nordisk.
