Vessel Reports Analyst at ZeroNorth
Are you ready to dive into a unique, data-driven role that empowers the maritime industry through top-notch project management, technical know-how, and a passion for marine data? Join our team as a Vessel Reports Analyst and become the bridge between clients and our innovative data solutions!

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze incoming data from our clients, carefully mapping it to our system fields to ensure seamless integration.
• Take charge of maintaining a list of essential data fields for each service (e.g., Fuel Model, EMA, Vessel Operations) and keep them aligned with industry needs.
• Act as the guardian of our data mapping dictionary, maintaining clarity and accuracy to simplify processes for all stakeholders.
• Manage essential backfills, smooth integrations, and all-important communication flows to resolve data-related issues.
• Address and resolve any issues related to current mappings, ensuring accuracy and short turn-around for data integrity.
• Support other teams in establishing outbound integration mappings, bridging Vessel Reporting data with services like IMOS, DNV, and beyond.

Your profile:

We’re looking for someone who’s excited to leverage their project management skills, is highly self-sufficient, and brings a deep, specialized understanding of marine data to this role. Strong candidates will have:

• Solid knowledge of the maritime industry and data types like NoonReport, VMS, and Vessel Reporting.
• Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively across teams, troubleshoot issues, and deliver clear solutions.
• A passion for improving processes, optimizing tools, and tackling new challenges with creativity and enthusiasm.
• A proactive approach to managing tasks, anticipating needs, and staying on top of deadlines.
