3Shape offers you the opportunity to become Senior Omnichannel Strategist in our Activation and Omnichannel team in Global Marketing steering our digital omnichannel strategy ensuring a future-proof and scalable foundation. The job is located at 3Shape HQ in Copenhagen, right next to Kongens Nytorv.
About the role
You will be working across the Activation & Omnichannel team, ensuring that our digital omnichannel strategy is aligned across channels and platforms. An important aspect to succeed will be stakeholder management and to ensure that performance goals are met.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
- You will be the driving force behind our digital omnichannel strategy ensuring a future-proof foundation together with channel owners and key stakeholders in Global IT and the Commercial organization
- Project managing key deliverables within our digital omnichannel strategy; e.g. Omnichannel foundation together with our Sr Manager of Marketing Automation, improving our Digital Asset Management solution together with our Principal Digital Content Strategist and many more
- You will be steering performance management and showcasing the ROI of our marketing efforts
- You will be a strategic sparring partner for the Activation & Omnichannel team
We are looking for someone who:
- 8+ years of work experience in digital marketing and project management with experience in building digital omnichannel strategies and presenting them to senior stakeholders getting buy-in
- Able to bridge technology and business by assessing complex structures and needs across the organization to provide insights into how to progress with our digital omnichannel strategy
- Understands the customer life cycle well and has a good perspective on how data, channels and personalized communication impact the customer experience
- Demonstrates a commercial, results-oriented mindset with significant experience with digital channels, with proficiency at translating business goals into technical requirements across channels, as well as effective performance management showing the ROI of marketing efforts
- Thrives within a fast-paced environment, is flexible and deals well with unpredictability
