Job Description
Job Description: We are seeking a talented Marketing and Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in Denmark. In this role, you will leverage your strong communication skills and deadline management to collaborate effectively with various teams to support business development. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, our social media presence, organizing events and supporting our sales team win more business in Denmark.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement our regional marketing materials and strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage our local B2B social media presence to enhance regional brand presence and engagement.
  • Collaborate with and be a resource to the District Sales Teams to support business development and ensure continuous growth.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Perform tasks of moderate to high complexity and scope in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

Tasks and Duties:

  • Manage weekly sales meetings and organize sales events.
  • Ensure updated marketing materials are accessible and create customer-focused presentations.
  • Manage company visitors and arrange meeting schedules.
  • Deliver qualified sales leads and coordinate bid responses.
  • Ensure accurate data and be a subject matter expert on MS Dynamics CRM
  • Utilize sales dashboard reporting and internal tools to support field sales.

Take on additional assignments as required.

Qualifications
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing, social media management, and sales support
  • Strong communication and deadline management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse teams and job functions.
  • Fluent in English - written and verbal
  • The role is based in our office in Copenhagen
