At Systematic, you will be working together with Healthcare Product Management and product development to gain insights into many facets of the usage of our products in our Columna suite, like the electronic patient journal, the electronic elderly care record and the hospital logistics solutions. The insights will include statistics on active users, session metrics, feature usage, and much more.
The team consists of 7 people who are responsible for defining the roadmap of all products in the Columna Suite. The Team and our close customers need deeper insights into the real-world usages of our products as well as ability to benchmark different customers usages of the products. The job entails a wide range of tasks – from engaging in dialogue with the Product management team, data modeling to building up data warehouses for analyses and reporting the adaptation of needs and requirements.
Strengthen your knowledge and professional capabilities
In this role, you will be responsible for, translating our needs and wishes into concrete solutions, giving you an insight into different project phases. Some of your key tasks will involve:
- extracting data via logs and existing database
- assisting in data integration, preparation and transformation processes to ensure data accuracy and quality
- analyzing trends and patterns
- develop dashboards for data analysis
- assisting in documenting solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
We envisage that you are currently studying for a bachelor's or master’s in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering or similar, with an interest in analytics of end user behavior. At the same time, we would like someone who:
- is proactive and can work independently
- has an understanding of how to work consistently with data and data modelling
- has knowledge in extracting data using databases and API calls
- has experience with programming in SQL
- has knowledge and/or experience with front-end development and data visualization concept
- it is an advantage to have knowledge in Power BI and its features and capabilities
- has good communication skills, including speaking and writing Danish fluently and having a good command of English
The position will involve around 15 hours of work a week with a flexible schedule.
