The Position
As an Associate Process Supporter, you will work alongside colleagues in a production area that is the heart of Novo Nordisk insulin production. This position requires a high degree of independence, with a desire to support and improve the processes and equipment we are using daily.
The main tasks will be to:
• Have professional responsibility for the processes and equipment.
• Support stakeholders by providing expertise and solutions to secure stabile production with the right quality.
• Be proactive in providing support to the team members, ensuring the daily operations and equipment always perform with highest output and quality.
• Contribute to ongoing optimization of existing processes and equipment.
• Challenge existing processes in a respectful and constructive way.
Qualifications
The qualifications we value include having:
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in natural science, mechanical engineering, marine engineering or similar field.
• Solid experience in the field.
• Experience with GMP is considered a plus.
• Technical flair and mechanical knowledge on small production equipment is considered a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English.
On a personal level, you have a strong quality mindset and a sharp eye for detail. While being a true team player, you are not afraid to take initiative when performing tasks.
To succeed in this role, it is crucial to a be very adaptable person, who is a strong communicator and can easily build relationships across teams and departments. Being independent professional, with a curious mind, while keeping the overview in every situation are key skills we like to foster in our team.
About the Department
You will be working in the Recovery Department, where several products for diabetes patients are produced. The department consists of 3 different production lines, and you will be part of a new assembled team who supports a new recovery production line.
The team consists of 16 dedicated and enthusiastic process scientists and engineers who help each other to solve the daily production tasks to ensure a stable manufacturing process. In the team we value curiosity and honesty which are important in order to get the needed help in time and also to close the tasks. Since the team is new it is important that you are self-driven, have a proactive approach, not afraid of asking for help and have good collaboration skills (interdisciplinary collaboration) and thrive working in a high paced environment.
