You sit at your desk working on a challenge in production. Yields are low. You systematically run simple statistical calculations and plot data in search of patterns to confirm your hypothesis, when you receive a meeting invite for the next day. It is a project concerning use of a new AI-based technology, and your input is needed. As you reply, the phone rings. It is an operator from production. There has been an incident. You hang up and go to production. On the way, another operator stops you in the hallway with a concern about the freeze dryer that is running tonight. You listen patiently, acknowledge the input, and ask humble and curious questions to make sure you understand the concern. You promise to follow up. As you continue into the production, you make a note to yourself to talk to a colleague later about the freeze dryer.
The incident in the production concerns a registration in the process control system. You sit down with the operator and patiently guide him through. Later the same day, you will have to open an incident report. While sitting there, you overhear someone discussing bad performance of the centrifuge. You wonder if this is the cause for the poor yields.
When you return to the office, you focus your data analysis on the centrifuge and identify a clear trend between the performance of the centrifuge and the low yield. You go to your colleague from Equipment Support, and Together, you decide to initiate a maintenance check of the centrifuge. On the way back, you check in with your colleague, who works on improving the freeze dryer. A design is taking shape to make it easier for the operators to run in the evening. You make sure that the operators are informed about the good news. Before you leave the office that day, you initiate the incident report. You know that for the coming days, you will have to work on this incident to systematically identify a root cause and actions to preventing it from reoccurring.

The Position
As a Collaborative Manufacturing Professional, you will be part of a team of academics and technicians who support the daily production. • Have an ongoing and engaged dialogue with your colleagues across production about how to ensure quality, improve our working methods, and avoid mistakes.
• Have different working tasks ranging from dialogue with colleagues about how to best make things work in a practical context, assessment of data and documentation, systematic problem solving, and project work to drive optimizations and innovation.
Some days, quick actions are needed. Other days there will be room for dedication and exploration of new ideas. Together with the rest of the team, you will also be part of a 1st line rotation schedule that ensures easy access to support for production.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

• Full proficiency in oral and written English. At least an intermediate level in Danish is required.
You thrive in an everyday life where work tasks vary from documentation and data processing in front of the computer to fast-paced problem solving with operators on production shopfloor.
