Finance Analyst to Lowell Nordics
We are seeking a Finance Analyst to join our Nordic Finance function, preferably based in Gothenburg, Sweden. You will be part of a positive, supportive, and highly effective Nordic Finance Business Partnering team of 7 individuals located across Gothenburg, Stockholm, and Turku. Some travel within the Nordic region may be required.

About the role:
The team is responsible for providing the Nordic business with financial, commercial, and operational insights and analysis to drive the region's strategic ambitions. This includes monthly reporting to Nordic and Group Management as well as financial planning.
As a Finance Analyst, strong teamwork and analytical skills are essential, along with a desire for continuous development. For the right candidate, this role offers excellent opportunities for growth into broader and more strategic responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly and monthly analysis and management presentations of financial and business performance for the Debt Purchasing (DP) business area.
- Manage the financial planning process (Budget and Forecasts) for the DP business area.
- Participate in ad hoc tasks and projects within the Nordic Finance Business Partnering Team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
To be successful in this role we believe that you need to have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (Business Controller, Analyst) and proficiency skills in Excel and PowerPoint, tools you will use daily.
Other qualifications are:
- Strong academic record.
- Commercial acumen to understand business changes and their impact on financial performance and business goals.
- Experience in forecasting financial performance and influencing stakeholders with performance insights.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with strong presentation skills.

You are a person with the ability to work effectively under pressure and in complex situations, reacting with appropriate urgency to rapidly changing circumstances. You have a high level of integrity and professionalism, with discretion in handling confidential information.
As a Finance Analyst you have attention to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective and are comfortable working with ambiguity, self-motivated with a desire to solve problems, inspire, and share knowledge, with a passion for numbers that engages others.
