Senior Sales Executive at ZeroNorthAs a Senior Sales Executive at ZeroNorth, you will drive business development and revenue growth, managing the complete sales cycle to meet key performance targets with a strong focus on new business acquisition.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences while achieving revenue objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and develop business opportunities within large and strategic accounts through effective prospecting and networking, transforming leads into long-term partnerships.
- Ensure accurate and evidence-based pipeline management.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, including account management activities to ensure smooth product rollout and adoption of Prosmar solutions.
- Perform in-depth root cause analysis on wins and losses, sharing insights and lessons learned across teams.
- Provide professional post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Contribute to continuous improvements by documenting processes in the sales handbook and sharing customer feedback for product development.
- Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position ZeroNorth’s offerings.
Your profile:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven sales professional passionate about shipping and sales. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, international setting, with significant experience in the bunker or shipping industry and a strong affinity for technology and data-driven solutions.
You have a proven track record of successfully selling to large enterprises and are skilled at navigating complex deals, including negotiations with executive and C-level stakeholders. Understanding the dynamics between shipowners, charterers, and technical managers is advantageous.
You are known for being a pragmatic team player, a confident communicator, and a proactive self-starter. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential, and the role involves some travel.
