Transformation, implementation and change management
We are looking for a Consultant / Senior Consultant for the Implementation team within Digital Banking, Business Customers unit, located in Copenhagen, but operating Nordic. The Implementation team is the link between the business and the development units (Tribes) of Danske Bank. We act as a one point of entry for the business, and we are responsible for local change management and projects in Business Customers area in the Nordic Countries.
Together with the team, you play an important role in ensuring efficient execution of the strategy for Business Customers. This includes leading market specific initiatives and projects, which aim to secure that the Banks new digital banking solutions are fully implemented and changes adapted in the business. You will engage with many stakeholders in the business functions and in other development units to make this happen.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Taking a change management role on implementations cross Nordic
- Implementing digital banking solutions (processes and products)
Team player with change management experience
In this job, teamwork is very important, so we are looking for a good collaborator, who is also comfortable with taking responsibility and direct their own work. A structured problem-solving approach, an analytical mind-set and enthusiastic “can-do” attitude, are also features that we look for in a colleague.
There can be many relevant backgrounds for this role, but we require as a minimum that you have:
- Proven experience with change management
- Toolbox to drive change management and organisational transformations
- Proficiency in minimum one Nordic language as well as English.
- Knowledge or interest in how to run a bank within the business customer segment
- As this is a role with many stakeholders your communication skills need to be excellent where you are able to adapt to whoever you are speaking to.
