The Construction Supplier & Resource Management (CS&RM) Department is an established function within the Installation & Commissioning Department at CPX Vestas Northern and Central Europe. The CS&RM Department oversees crane, installation, and manpower suppliers, focusing on performance, evaluation, development, and alignment with strategy, as well as the planning and administration of site personnel.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, improve, and develop external construction suppliers through performance evaluation and data management.
- Contribute to data-based continuous quality improvement.
- Collaborate with I&C leadership teams and directors to prepare, submit, and report supplier performance improvements and evaluations.
- Address critical supplier performance issues promptly to ensure effective resolution and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate and follow up on corrective actions and lessons learned; verify the effectiveness of improvements implemented by suppliers.
- Strengthen relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders (Procurement, SQD, HSE) to promote collaboration and clarity.
- Support the onboarding process for new suppliers and train them on new processes, tools, and products to ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Degree in business or engineering.
- Experience in construction/service project management, supplier management, and sourcing.
- Experience in implementing quality improvement programs.
- Knowledge of statistics and data techniques for supplier performance.
- Ability to supervise projects and direct cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of wind turbines and Supplier Performance Management.
- Fluent in English.

Additional information
Primary work location: Warsaw, Szczecin or Aarhus.
Expected travel: approximately 30 travel days per year.
