HR Assistant Position
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the daily operations of our HR department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Manage employee onboarding and assist with new hire orientation
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Specialized task: Process salary checks for all subcontractors
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
