The P&C Systems Analyst will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of the Workday system. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business needs into system functionality. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience working with HR systems, particularly Workday.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configure and Maintain Workday: Set up and manage various Workday modules, such as HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Time Tracking and Absence ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Administer the System: Oversee the management of security roles, user access, and workflow processes within the Workday environment.
- Data Management: Ensure data accuracy by conducting regular audits, troubleshooting discrepancies, and overseeing the quality of data entry.
- User Support: Provide continuous support to P&C team members and other users, resolving system-related issues and answering queries.
- Troubleshoot and Debug: Diagnose and resolve technical issues within the Workday system, performing root cause analysis and implementing fixes to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation.
- Testing and System Updates: Engage in the testing and implementation of system releases by Workday, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Training and Documentation: Develop and maintain user manuals and system documentation and offer training sessions to enhance user proficiency.
- Global Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues across different countries and time zones, ensuring seamless communication and coordination in a global work environment. Flexibility to accommodate varying time zones is essential.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- 5+ years of experience working with Workday in a configuration or analyst role
- Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Integrations, and/or other Workday modules.
- Strong understanding of Workday configuration, security, and reporting.
- Proficient in Windows environment
Preferred:
- Experience with Workday integrations and custom development.
- Workday certification in the relevant modules.
- Familiarity with data management and auditing techniques.
- Experience in creating new HR processes and practices.
