The Position
As an Aseptic Supporter, you will join the Aseptic Core Support Team. This team’s responsibility is to support the daily operation of filling and freeze drying and ensure support for a range of projects around implementation of new equipment and environmental monitoring, apart from deviation prevention and optimisation changes to our setup.

You will have eleven immediate colleagues, with various professional experience and backgrounds.

The main tasks will be to:

• Provide daily, visible proactive support for production in board meetings, handover meetings and shop floor presence.
• Process confirmation and perform continuous improvement of aseptic behaviour.
• Handle deviations and perform all necessary prevention using systematic problem solving.
• Drive projects regarding changes to aseptic processes.
• Participate in continuous improvements and simplification in our production, ensuring that learnings are shared across the department.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you:

• Hold a relevant academic degree in natural science, engineering or similar.
• Have knowledge of basic chemistry and process engineering.
• Have knowledge or experience with aseptic production and behaviour is considered a strong advantage.
• Are familiar with LEAN principles and can work in accordance with them.
• Are proficient in English and Danish.

As a person you are open, honest, responsible and systematic, and know how to maintain an overview. Being able to see the organization as a whole and be willing to support when needed is key to succeed in this role.

About the Department
Our department, Aseptic Filling under Aseptic Manufacturing in Gentofte, is responsible for aseptic production of haemophilia products using a traditional aseptic filling line. We are approx. 110 colleagues, working in an engaging and respectful atmosphere, where focus is on our products and individual development.
