As our new Product Compliance Specialist, you will focus on ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while driving business development initiatives and executing ESG strategies. You combine deep expertise in compliance and ESG with a drive for business development and execution, ensuring that our operations and policies align with regulatory requirements and societal expectations while creating value for the business.

The job
You will coordinate the implementation of new Products Compliance regulations in collaboration with Compliance teams in Poland, Lithuania, and China. Your workdays will vary, and you will serve as a point of contact and service provider for both colleagues and customers. The role will involve regular interaction with stakeholders internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage regulatory compliance projects, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Lead end-to-end project management of Regulatory requirements from planning to execution and reporting, in close collaboration with VP Group Compliance.
- Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and ensure timely delivery while managing resources effectively.
- Conducting relevant product testing to maintain high quality standards
- Continuously align with new strategies, goals, and legislation
- Overseeing BSCI, FSC, and similar Initiatives throughout the supply chain.
- Maintaining and updating Group policies, procedures and guidelines incorporating latest legal requirements and obligations.
- Providing and developing training of relevant employees on Group Policies, Procedures and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize compliance and ESG standards.
Strong communicator with a proven track record and excellent people skills
You are adaptable to shifting priorities and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Proactive and results-driven, you bring a positive mindset to problem-solving. With a strong drive, structured work habits, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure, you deliver high-quality results with speed and precision. As the world is constantly evolving, you stay informed about market developments by proactively seeking information both independently and through your network.
We also expect you to:
- Have experience in product compliance or ESG roles.
- Proven track record in business development and executing cross-functional projects.
- Embraces technology, effectively leveraging IT solutions
- Strong understanding of European Product compliance standards (REACH, EPR, GPSR , EUDR)
- Be fluent in English.
