You will be a part of the growing Kundeselskabet Norlys Digitalization & Technology department and play a key role in building our digital future through convenient, integrated solutions. Here you will join the Data Transformation & Governance team where we focus on the right tools, processes, and collaboration needed to put high-quality data to use for insights and AI. You will play a key role in establishing and professionalizing our data governance structure and data quality across the organization.

More specifically, your tasks will involve:

• Working closely with different business units and strategic initiatives to drive Data Governance forward
• Implementing our Data Governance Framework, together with the business, for key Domain Areas and strategic initiatives
• Creating an overview of the data landscape
• Owning the ongoing definition of requirements for data governance tools such as Data Quality Measurement and Data Catalog
• Guiding and contributing to the direction, ambition and prioritization for Data Governance and execution of roadmap and plans – and the ongoing improvement of technology, processes, and ways of working required to support Kundeselskabet’s data-driven ambitions

What we expect you bring to the role
You have a relevant educational background in IT, business, engineering, finance, or equivalent and have experience working hands-on with data. Most importantly, you are interested in facilitation of data governance and have a self-driven and systematic approach to your work tasks, as well as a holistic approach to data governance. It is a plus if you have experience with master data management, data quality reporting, and/or data integrations.

Furthermore, you have some of the following qualifications:

• A skilled change agent with a positive can-do attitude
• Ability to take in organizational complexity and work in collaboration with diverse stakeholders to lead the organization on the journey towards higher data maturity
• Passionate about data but also patient and persistent by nature
• Understanding of IT- and data software to be able to communicate with IT Architects, Data Engineers and Master Data Specialists
• Ability to communicate in Danish
• Experience with data analysis, for example in SQL and/or Python
• Knowledgeable on how Data Governance, data quality, data lifecycle processes etc. impacts business performance due to your solid business understanding
